About your room:

Comfortable elegance and state-of-the-art technology are yours in a room with contemporary style. Interiors include a spacious bath with separate tub and shower, granite-topped work desk and one king or two queen Grand Beds with plush pillows, soft sheeting and down blankets piled on pillow-topped mattresses. Each room has one bathrobe; additional robes may be obtained by contacting Guest Services or the Front Desk. Deluxe touches include wired and wireless high-speed Internet, 32-inch flat-screen TV and daily newspaper.

Negotiated room rates:

Friday and Saturday, October 26th & 27th: $119.00 per night plus applicable taxes
(Regular weekend rates: $169-$179.00)

Early Arrivals: Should you wish to come in on Thursday, 25 October, the rate is $169.00 plus applicable taxes for this night only (Regular Thursday rates: $259.00)

Sunday night stay, 28 October, the rate is $169.00 plus applicable taxes. (Regular rate: $259.00)

How to Register for your hotel accommodations: Beginning on Wednesday, 6 June 2007...

Call the Grand Hyatt DFW, telephone number, 1-800-233-1234. Tell the representative that you would like to make a reservation for October 26th & 27th under the Group titled USAF Hospital Clark Reunion at the Special Rate of $119.00 per night. Note: If you plan to arrive on Thursday, 25 October, remind the Agent that there is a special rate of $169.00 for this date. The $169.00 rate is valid for Sunday night, 28 October as well. (Call Donna at 603.433.1163 or 603.512.9324 should you experience any problem making your reservation. A problem may arise if our allocated room block is filled by the time you call to make your reservation. If this happens additional rooms will be allocated to us.)

Rates are valid until October 1st.
Registration:

The Registration Fee is $160.00 per person. This is a flat rate for all attendees. The fee includes the Hospitality Suite, Welcome deli condiments and beverages, Grand Met Continental Breakfast for two mornings, the Pacific Rim Dinner Buffet, the Wine Tasting, and a share of the audio-visual support for the reunion. Because of our small budget we regret we cannot offer a graduated fee structure.

The Pacific Rim Dinner Buffet includes a variety of salads, steamed rice, flank steak, chicken adobo, stir fry vegetables, traditional spring rolls, traditional Filipino dessert with tropical fruit and of course, tea and coffee.

Note: Should you have special dietary needs, please let us know in advance, but we think most everyone should be able to enjoy the Pacific Rim selections.

Make checks payable to USAF Hospital Clark Reunion. Remittance is DUE by 1 October 2007. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Late Registrations: From 1-10 October registration fee is $175.00. Absolutely no registrations will be accepted after 10 October 2007.

Refunds: All funds submitted, less $25.00 per person, are refundable up to 1 October 2007 at Midnight. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 1 October.

Attire: Corporate casual for the daytime. For the dinner, Saturday evening, 27 October, jackets and ties are preferred for the men, appropriate complementary corporate dress for the women. Please no jeans, chinos, T-shirts or sneakers.

There are no transportation costs to access the Grand Hyatt DFW. If coming from another terminal, travelers have several options:

Ride Skylink, DFW Airport's complimentary high-speed train.

• Ticketed passengers only
• Passengers with carry-on luggage/unchecked luggage Ride Terminal Link, DFW Airport's complimentary shuttle bus.

From the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex:

Follow the signs to DFW Airport, enter through the Toll Plaza to International Parkway, and exit Terminal D to Grand Hyatt DFW hotel. The hotel entrance is directly across from Terminal D parking facility on the departure level.

Parking:

The Grand Hyatt DFW, located inside Terminal D, is offers an 8,100 space covered "smart" parking garage. Convenient self-parking is complimentary for hotel guests.

Valet parking is also available for a fee. The valet stand is located at terminal departures level, near D22-24.
